By accessing and using TreeventX ('the Platform"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to these Terms and Conditions, please do not use the Platform.
TreeventX is an event management platform that enables users to create, manage, discover, and register for events. The Platform provides tools for event organizers to manage attendees, tickets, and payments.
To use certain features of the Platform, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
Event organizers are responsible for:
TreeventX charges a platform fee of 5% on ticket sales for paid events. This fee is automatically deducted from ticket revenue. Payment processing fees may also apply.
When you purchase a ticket through TreeventX, you enter into a direct agreement with the event organizer. TreeventX acts as a platform to facilitate this transaction.
Refund policies are determined by individual event organizers. Please review the event details carefully before purchasing tickets. TreeventX is not responsible for providing refunds for tickets purchased through the Platform.
Payments are processed through our payment partner, Monime. By using paid features, you agree to Monime's terms of service. All payments are in Sierra Leonean Leones (SLE) unless otherwise specified.

You retain all rights to the content you post on TreeventX. By posting content, you grant TreeventX a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute your content in connection with the Platform.
We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these Terms or that we deem inappropriate, without prior notice.
The Platform and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by TreeventX and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED 'AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TreeventX DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE PLATFORM WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE.
TreeventX SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE PLATFORM.
You agree to indemnify and hold TreeventX harmless from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising from your use of the Platform or violation of these Terms.
We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Platform immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by posting the new Terms on the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Sierra Leone, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
